Nadee Thuduwage is an accomplished Director of Property Management at Bachelor Real Estate, where she leads the property management team to deliver exceptional service across all aspects of property leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance. In this role, which she has held since April 2024, Nadee is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the property management department, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service for clients and tenants. Before stepping into her current role, Nadee held various positions in payroll, administration, and customer relationship management, which have shaped her well-rounded expertise. Her attention to detail and process optimization led to improved operational efficiency in the company’s payroll systems. Nadee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka, where she graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. She has further enhanced her skill set with a Certificate IV in Project Management Practices from TAFE SA and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate Training Academy) , providing her with the knowledge and expertise to excel in the real estate sector.
